Copy Culture vs Creative Culture

Our propensity for screen time is creating a copy culture in our children. Instead of spending time with friends and making up new moves and tricks, our kids simply want to copy what they saw on TikTok and YouTube. 

Unless we change course, a new generation will prioritize imitation over innovation, eroding America's spirit of ingenuity. Striking a balance between imitation and creation is crucial, honoring pioneers while fostering space for originality and discovery. 

Put down the phones. Schedule a game night. Play some music and get up and dance. Grab the skateboard and invent new tricks. Unleash the power of genuine presence.
